Presentation guidelines

Oral presentations

Length :

• Standard talk : 15 min + 5 min for questions
• Extended talk : 25 min + 10 min for questions

Language :

• Slides : English
• Talk : English or French. Note that several attendees will not understand French, so talks in English will be appreciated.

A computer will be available to load your slides. Please bring your sildes (in PDF) on a memory stick. If you prefer to use your own laptop, please come to test it with the projector before the beginning of your session.

Posters

• Format : A0
• Language : English

Teasers : The poster session will start with a "teaser" session (plenary), in which each presenter will introduce his/her poster in 2 min and 1 slide. Please prepare 1 slide, in PDF format, and send it by email before November 18th (email address: pauline.maurice(at)loria(dot)fr; email title "JNRH - Slide teaser + your name"). All slides will be shown uing one single computer.
